Pam
Pam is the owner of Ultimate Hair and previously owned New Image in Windham and New Image II in Naples. With years of experience behind the chair and as a salon owner, she has spent her career helping people look and feel their best.
Making people feel beautiful is Pam’s passion. She believes the salon should be a place where you can relax, feel comfortable, and leave the outside world at the door for a little while — a confidence boost, a break from reality, or your go-to “hairapist” when you need it most.
She’s known for giving each client her full attention, listening carefully, and making sure every person in her chair gets the results they’re hoping for.
Her goal is simple: for you to leave the salon feeling confident — and with a smile.

Tanya
Tanya loves helping people feel as beautiful on the outside as they already are inside.
She takes the time to really listen — not just to the style you’re looking for, but how you want to feel and how your hair needs to fit into your life. Whether you blow dry every morning, rely on dry shampoo between busy days, or just want something easy to manage, she’s always thinking about how your hair will work for you long after you leave the salon.
Tanya cares deeply about the people who sit in her chair. Sometimes you come in for a color or a cut and leave with a little bit of therapy too — talking about life, family, or whatever’s on your mind that day.
And when the little ones come in, they get an extra dose of patience and TLC.
Her goal is simple: you walk out feeling confident, comfortable, and truly taken care of.

Barbie
With more than 20 years behind the chair, Barbie brings experience, confidence, and a deep knowledge of hair color to every appointment.
She especially enjoys working with color and has spent years studying the science behind it — something that shows in the thoughtful way she approaches each client’s hair. Barbie also works as a Keune educator, sharing her knowledge with other stylists and helping them grow in their craft.
At the heart of it all, Barbie believes great hair is about more than technique. It’s about connection, understanding what someone is looking for, and helping them feel confident when they leave the chair.
Her goal is simple: beautiful, well-crafted results and clients who feel their best walking out the door.
